Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping

Pieces that ship from me go out within 2 business days, packed in paper with no plastic mailers. Shipping within the US is a flat $6. You'll get tracking by email.

Hand-picked pieces and brands are sold and shipped by their own stores, so their shipping rules apply.

Returns

Everything I sell is one of one and described as carefully as I can, down to the thread. If a piece arrives and isn't as described, reply to your receipt email within 14 days of delivery and I'll send a prepaid label and a full refund once it's back.

For pieces bought from other stores, return them to that store.

Privacy

• Signing in. When you sign in with Google, the site keeps your name, email and what you save or review. Your name appears next to any review you post.
• Paying. Card details go straight to Stripe. This site never sees or stores them. Stripe shares your name, email and shipping address with me so I can send your order.
• Your bag. Your bag is saved in your own browser, not on a server.
• Links to other shops. Some links earn a small commission. The other shop can tell a visit came from Nearly Zero, but not who you are.
• Deleting your data. Delete a review from its page any time, or reply to any order email to have your account and everything saved with it removed.
